The University Committee on Planning, Assessment and Finance was established to:
  • Lead development of the University’s strategic plan in years where a new plan is needed.
  • Periodically review the University’s strategic plan for currency and relevance.
  • Review the University’s Scorecard (and other data as requested by the committee chair) and consider input from the University Assessment Advisory Committee so as to make informed, evidence-based recommendations regarding the continued appropriateness of the University’s Strategic Plan goals and objectives to the Board of Trustees and the University’s leadership.

Town Hall Meetings

We'd like to thank all of you who engaged in this process, whether you participated in one of the five town hall meetings, responded via the survey, or called or emailed your feedback.  Collectively, your efforts have resulted in a better plan for the University, but just as important, you contributed to a better vision and understanding of what our University looks like if we make progress on our strategic objectives.

During the spring 2016 semester, we will be working with individual University divisions and units to clarify our indicators of success, which the President's Council will ultimately approve.  We look forward to your continued engagement.
