The Office of Academic Enhancement at the University of South Alabama leads special initiatives, like the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), to improve student learning and student success. We collaboratively plan, implement, and evaluate the QEP, and we provide ongoing support for institutional planning and evaluation and for SACSCOC accreditation. We are excited to launch our LevelUP: Uniquely Prepared for What Comes Next QEP this year.

LevelUP Your Course: Enhancing Curriculum-Based Career Readiness mini-course leads faculty to design career-focused activities that are discipline-specific and aligned with selected competencies and employer-valued skills. We will explore the importance of incorporating NACE competencies and the AAC&U employer-valued skills into existing curricula. Upon completion of the mini-course, you will have access to ready-made career resources that can be directly implemented in your courses.

Inaugural LevelUP Fellows Announced

Through a strenuous selection process, the Office of Academic Enhancement recently welcomed 10 LevelUP Fellows to their inaugural cohort. Onboarding of the LevelUP Fellows is a component of ongoing implementation of the LevelUP Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
